Founding year orders health institutions by the year each one was established. Wikipedia records that the World Health Organization "was established on 7 April 1948, and formally began its work on 1 September 1948," dates the agency itself still marks each year as World Health Day. Browsing by founding year traces how organized global health work has grown over time.
