The Tuberculosis Control Programme of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a programme established by the health department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan in 2000, with the intent of eradicating tuberculosis across the province. Originally planned to run for five years, it has been extended multiple times, and by 2023 its diagnostic and treatment network had expanded to 120 districts nationally, with free treatment offered through 234 TB diagnostic units. By April 2025 the programme had treated more than 800,000 patients, and it reported a 94 percent treatment success rate by the end of 2013. Technical assistance for the programme was provided by the German development agency GTZ, with the German development bank KfW serving as a private financier of the programme until that partnership ended in August 2015.
