Social Determinants of Health

Public Health
The non medical conditions in which people are born, grow, work, live and age, including income, education, housing and access to food, that shape health outcomes as strongly as or more strongly than clinical care itself. The World Health Organization treats these conditions as a primary driver of the health inequities it tracks between and within countries.
