The Philippine HIV and AIDS Policy Act, Republic Act No. 11166, is the Philippines' comprehensive national HIV and AIDS law, signed in 2018 to strengthen the country's response twenty years after its first HIV law. It repealed the 1998 Philippine AIDS Prevention and Control Act, reconstituted the Philippine National AIDS Council to lead the national response, adopted a human rights-based, multi-sectoral approach to HIV prevention, testing, treatment and care, and integrated HIV services into the national health insurance program under the Universal Health Care Act.
