Public Health Programs groups named initiatives, campaigns and systems run by governments, international bodies or nongovernmental organizations to protect or improve the health of a population, such as vaccination and immunization campaigns, disease surveillance and eradication programs, maternal and child health initiatives, screening and prevention drives, and public health-insurance or health-access programs.
