Product Red, often styled (RED), is a licensed brand created to engage private companies in raising awareness and funds to help eliminate HIV/AIDS in eight African countries: Eswatini, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania and Zambia. It was founded in 2006 by U2 frontman Bono together with Bobby Shriver of the ONE Campaign and DATA. Partner companies create products bearing the Product Red logo and donate up to fifty percent of profits from those products to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. In 2012 the ONE Campaign acquired Red as a division, combining two organizations Bono and Shriver had co-founded, and since 2020 Product Red has also supported efforts against COVID-19 through Global Fund programs.
